  • Return & Refund Policy
    Shirley crochet shop will accept the return of products for a refund, as long as the product: is different from the one you ordered. is faulty when you receive it. is not a customised product. Unfortunately, we do NOT accept the return or refund for changes of mind. All the returned items must be in unused, in its original conditions that you received with all packaging. It is the customers' responsibility to return the products to us in undamaged condition. Unless we processed your order incorrectly, we don not refund any cost involved in returning products purchased from us. Please contact me through shirleycrochetshop@gmail.com or ins: shirleycrochetshop to request the return within 14 days of arrival. Make sure you include your order details, as proof of purchases is required in order to get an exchange or a refund. Returns are subject to approval. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, refunds will be credited against your account or original method of payment, eg to credit cad you used to pay. The shipping fee (if applicable) will not be refunded. Generally, the refund will be received within 3-5 business days.
  • Will the product I receive look the same as the photos?
    We try our best to replicate the pieces in the photos. however, as all products are handmade individually, slight variations in colour and pattern may occur. For example, some flowers (eg daisy & dainty blooms ) are made of ombre gradient yarns, and the colour of some products (eg blueberries & strawberries) are dyed by hand, therefore, the colour of items may slightly different from the picture. The colour also will be affected by different computer or mobile monitors and screens.
  • Tips to take care your crochet accessories
    Please keep your accessories away from water as the majority of them are not waterproof. if they get dirty, baby wipes can be used to clean the surface. if you will not use accessories for a long time, keeping them in a sealed bag could help maintain the metallic luster of the hardware.
  • Delivery Time
    All the parcels are delivered to the provided address through Australia Post. The tracking number will be provided after the parcel is mailed out. Most of orders will be dispatched within 3 business days. Orders may take longer time to process during busy seasons such as Christmas and Mother's Day. Customised orders will take longer time. The shipping time is about 3 business day to metropolitan areas and 7-10 business days to remote areas within Australia. For international orders, the delivery time will be varied from 1-3 weeks, please visit Australia Post international and check the estimated delivery time to your county. Also, please allow extra time in peak delivery times such as Christmas season and Public holiday. Delivery time is subjected to Australia Post.
  • Customised Order
    Limited customised orders are taken. You can reach out to @shirleycrochetshop through Instagram Direct Message to place your order. We will confirm the order and make the product if it is a special request or is not in stock. All customised orders are subject to accept. The process generally takes about 5-7 working days. Please allow longer processing time during peak seasons. A few photos will be send before finishing the work to confirm the details (eg size and colour) are as you expected. Before dispatching the order, we will double check the order with you to make sure you are satisfied.

    Free shipping for domestic order value over $100. The shipping fee of $7.99 will be applied for the order under $100. For the international order, free shipping for the order over $200. The shipping fee of $19.99 will be applied for the order under $200.
